Description: Smart City Insights was hired by Hitachi to lead a smart city project in Hamilton, Canada. The project resulted in a smart city roadmap. In the process, Smart City Insights led 12 workshops with different teams in the City, to investigate how technology, data and cross-sectoral work can create new innovative solutions to their challenges, to the benefit of the city, citizens and businesses. This also included a showing best practice examples from other cities and companies around the world, including intelligent use of data, smart city organization and governance structures.
